SHEER GLYDE - Latex Dams for Oral Sex

SHEER GLYDE Dams are a thin, silky latex sheet measuring 25 cm x 15 cm (10 inches x 6 inches) specifically designed as a barrier for use during oral sex (cunnilingus – oral-vaginal sex, or anulingus – oral/anal sex).

Most men and women do not understand the risk they may be taking when engaging in unprotected oral sex.

During oral sex, unless a barrier product is used, many infections can be transmitted, including genital herpes, chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea, and HIV/AIDS. SHEER GLYDE Dams, when used correctly, help to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

The SHEER GLYDE DAM was developed in response to the need for a barrier product for safer oral sex and is the registered trademark and property of GLYDE Health Pty Ltd. It is also the only FDA and European (CE) approved barrier product for STI protection during oral sex. Furthermore, the SHEER Dam is a type product for Standards Australia, the official authorizing agent of the Australian federal government. The dental dam was never designed to prevent STI transmission, nor has it been tested or proven effective in preventing STI transmission.
