Intimichic Pelvis Health II; Based on Kegel exercises, developed by Dr. Arnold Kegel, these are a series of vaginal contractions and relaxations that strengthen the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle and the pelvic floor muscle group by progressively increasing weights.
