Instructions:

Clear your skin of all oils and creams, once done, dry your skin with a soft towel, place the base of the U-style bra just below the breasts. Once the base is in place, apply each cup to your chest. Remove the protective film and gently place the adhesive wings on both sides of the torso and gently press on the cups and wings to soften the adhesive on the skin and ensure optimal support.
