Instructions:

Cleanse your skin of all oils and creams. Once done, dry your skin with a soft towel, place the base of the U-bra's main part just below your bust. When the base is securely in place, apply each cup to your breast. Remove the protective film and gently place the adhesive wings on either side of your torso and gently press down on the cups and wings to smooth the adhesive onto the skin and ensure optimal hold.
