Instructions:

1. Clean nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers one side at a time. Make sure that when applying, your nipple is in the center of the nipple cover. If you are not satisfied with the result, peel off and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple cover onto the skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use a brush, nails, or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean the nipple covers. All you need is warm water or a mild body cleanser.
2. Hand wash the nipple covers and do not dry them in the sun.
3. We recommend not using nipple covers on scars, wounds, or sensitive skin.
