Return and Refund Policy

At auraintime, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the return must comply with the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused and in its intact original packaging
  • The product must be returned in a condition allowing it to be resold
  • The return request must be made within the 14-day period

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable products (opened cosmetics, etc.)

How to make a return?

  1. Contact us by e-mail at contact@auraintime.fr, indicating your order number and the product(s) concerned
  2. We will confirm the return procedure and the shipping address
  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging
  4. Ship the package via the carrier of your choice (recommended tracked shipping)

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. The refund will be credited to the same payment method as the one used when ordering.

Defective or non-conforming product

If you receive a defective product or one that does not conform to your order:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@auraintime.fr
  • Attach photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange the return and replacement or refund at our expense

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchange. If you wish for another product, please make a return for a refund and then place a new order.
