Delivery times are indicative and start from the dispatch of the package. They may vary depending on the carrier and peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.).
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. They are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Discreet Packaging
All our packages are shipped in neutral and discreet packaging, without any mention of the contents or the nature of the products. The sender's name on the package makes no reference to the nature of the products.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
In case of a damaged package, please:
- Make reservations with the carrier upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours at contact@auraintime.fr with photos of the package and product
If your package is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will conduct an investigation with the carrier.
