Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company auraintime, whose registered office is located at 5 Place de Rungis, 75013 Paris, France, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any adult individual making a purchase on the website auraintime.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the auraintime.fr website. Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but the Seller cannot be held liable for them. The Seller reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
All products are intended for an adult audience (18 years and older). By placing an order, the Client certifies that they are at least 18 years old.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of order validation. Delivery fees are indicated before the final validation of the order.
Article 4 – Order
The Client selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket. After checking the contents of their basket, the Client validates their order by following the steps of the online ordering process. Validation of the order implies acceptance of these GTC and constitutes a sales contract.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or an existing dispute with the Client.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other payment method offered on the site. Payment is secured and the transaction is carried out via a certified payment platform. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client during the order. Delivery times are indicative:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 working days
- European Union: 5 to 10 working days
- International: 7 to 15 working days
Parcels are shipped in discreet packaging, with no mention of the contents. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision by e-mail to contact@auraintime.fr.
Exceptions: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Article 8 – Returns and refunds
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as that used for the order.
Article 9 – Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Client can contact the Seller at contact@auraintime.fr.
Article 10 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the inappropriate use of the products sold. Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and the manufacturer's recommendations.
Article 11 – Personal data
The Seller undertakes to protect its Clients' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data collected is necessary for order processing and is under no circumstances transmitted to third parties, except where legally required. Article 12 – Intellectual property
All elements of the auraintime.fr website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
